Hashimoto's Fitness Expert
Hi! I'm a Sarah. A certified personal trainer and nutritionist turned Hashimoto's advocate and health coach.
I started The Thyroid Trainer to help other women who were suffering learn how to heal their bodies and lose that stubborn Hashimoto's weight for good.
