Big Doubt #1: I can't lose weight with Hashimoto's
After years of having Hashimoto's myself AND being a personal trainer, I can assure you that you can.
I have successfully lost the Hashi weight and helped others do so to great success.
If you feel demotivated after counting calories to no avail, listen up: This idea that you need cut calories and do hours of cardio in order to lose weight is a myth. Short, moderate-intensity strength workouts help build muscle and burn fat.
Big Doubt #2: I will never feel better
Okay, this one’s gotta go! It’s not helpful at all.
You are a powerful being and you have the ability to heal.
Sure, you have to adapt your workouts and cut out some inflammatory food (ahem, gluten) but you can absolutely get back to feeling like your happy, energized self.

Let’s flip the script here. What if I told you it’s actually a good thing that you have a limited amount of time?
Seriously. The best type of workout for Hashimoto's only needs to be 20-30 minutes. I promise it's not too good to be true!
